Amanda C. McNamara

Amanda is an associate in the Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on matters involving the defense of complex commercial, construction, real estate, environmental, and business disputes. She also represents companies and individuals providing strategic business and litigation advice and counseling. Amanda regularly appears in court handling all aspects of cases, from filing new actions, seeking prejudgment security, motion practice, trial and judgment recovery. Amanda is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Amanda is a member of the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Family Law Project, where she provides pro bono services to victims of domestic violence.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Amanda was an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, in Boston.
