Christine M. Boutin

Christine is a member of Mirick O’Connell’s Trusts and Estates Group. Christine works with elder clients to execute estate planning documents designed to provide advance asset protection in the event of future nursing home admission and also prepares and submits MassHealth applications once nursing home admission is necessary.

Christine represents families in court to obtain guardianship and conservatorship of disabled individuals who are unable to make personal, financial, or medical decisions and also offers special needs trust planning for families with disabled children. She additionally practices probate law and assists Personal Representatives through the estate administration process.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Christine was an Officer at Fletcher Tilton and focused her practice on elder law, probate and estate planning. She previously worked at Levine-Piro Law (now known as Hera Law), where she founded the elder law, probate and special needs planning practices. She writes and presents seminars and webinars on MassHealth as well as probate and estate planning.

Christine was selected as one of Boston magazine’s Top Trusts and Estates Lawyers in 2021.
